Angela Taylor

Angela Taylor has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative for Byram Healthcare since September 2011, where responsibilities include providing information and support to customers with medical conditions. In addition, Angela has been a Patient Care Advocate at North Cypress Medical Center since January 2007, collaborating with healthcare leaders to ensure guest satisfaction and addressing the needs of patients and families. Previously, from 1997 to 2005, Angela worked as a Contract Analyst at Computer Associates, Inc., where the focus was on approving service contracts and managing high-pressure tasks while meeting deadlines. Angela pursued education at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1993 to 1995.
