Lauren Foster

Lauren Foster is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as Operations Manager for New Intake at Byram Healthcare since January 2019, Lauren oversees a team of 15-35 employees to ensure exemplary patient onboarding with a focus on customer service. Prior experience includes roles at Lineagen, where Lauren led operations and managed payer relations, as well as a background in appeals and insurance claims management. Lauren's career began as a Health and Wellness Coach at Central Texas Medical Center and included entrepreneurship as the owner of Pinnacle Training. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas State University.
