Shahn Brown

Shahn Brown has extensive experience in strategic operations and customer service management, currently serving as a Strategic Operations Workforce Analyst at Byram Healthcare since January 1999. In various roles, including Director of Retention Management and Director of Customer Service, Shahn has successfully overseen daily operations of the call center, focusing on patient onboarding and satisfaction while managing performance goals. Prior to Byram Healthcare, Shahn held positions at Hollywood Entertainment from January 1995 to January 1999, culminating in the role of Store Director.
