Kim Hughes

Kim Hughes is an experienced culinary professional with a background in food services management. Currently serving as the Director of Food Services at Byron Health Center since November 2021, Kim previously held positions including Assistant Director at Indiana State Park Inns and Lodges, Dining Room Manager at StoryPoint, and Food and Beverage Manager at both Mission Point Resort and Xanterra Travel Collection. Kim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Journalism from the State University of New York at Fredonia, earned between 1989 and 1993.
