Erica Lockheimer

Erica Lockheimer is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in engineering and innovation. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of HumanizeHer, Lockheimer is dedicated to empowering women and creating platforms to elevate their voices. As an advisor and investor for multiple companies including Bossy Cosmetics Inc. and Byteboard, Lockheimer contributes valuable insights and resources to support innovative ventures. Previously, Lockheimer held various leadership roles at LinkedIn, including VP of Engineering for LinkedIn Learning, where the focus was on connecting talent with opportunities and promoting continuous learning. Lockheimer also serves on the Research and Innovation Advisory Board at San Jose State University and is involved with Silicon Valley Women in Engineering, fostering collaboration and support for women in tech. Lockheimer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University.
