Aditya Mili

Aditya Mili is an experienced engineering professional specializing in logistics and technology development, currently serving as Engineering Manager for Southeast Asia Logistics at ByteDance since October 2024. Prior to this role, Aditya worked at Tokopedia from September 2017 to October 2024, progressing from Software Engineer to Engineering Manager, focusing on innovative feature development and enhancing internal technologies for one of Indonesia's largest online marketplaces. Earlier experience includes a position as Junior Researcher at Binus University, where Aditya conducted research on algorithms and technologies, and as a Teaching Assistant, imparting knowledge in programming and technology. Aditya holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BINUS University and has acquired a diverse skill set including Python, Android, and deep learning technologies.
