Anuj Bhatia

Anuj Bhatia is the current Chief Nodal & Grievance Officer at ByteDance. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Security Manager at Dena Bank from March 2017 to March 2019. Their key focus areas were reducing downtime of security systems and investigating cases of theft, robbery, misconduct, sexual harassment, misuse of resources, IT system abuse, and physical harm. Anuj also oversaw the selection of new sites for business expansion and development. From December 2008 to March 2017, they served as Head Corporate Affairs and Regulatory Compliance Delhi Circle at Vodafone. Prior to that, they were a Manager at ICICI Bank from August 2007 to December 2008. Anuj began their career as a Captain in the Indian Army, serving from October 2000 to September 2006.
