Ishan Gupta has extensive experience in sales and business development across multiple companies, notably at ByteDance and TikTok from August 2019 to the present, where Ishan held key positions in Global Engagement and Sales Excellence for North America and APAC, as well as leading sales and growth initiatives in India. Prior to this, experience at LinkedIn as Agency Lead and New Business Sales AE, and at OnePlus as Sales and Business Development Manager included significant achievements such as a 54% increase in daily run rates. Ishan co-founded Instago App and played a pivotal role in launching India's first KLAY preschool while employed at Founding Years Learning Solutions. Educational credentials include a certification from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from Amity University.
