Marguerite Carla Lim

Marguerite Carla Lim is an experienced professional in partner program management and customer service, currently serving as the Head Partner Program Manager (APAC) for Global AI Data Service and Operations in Trust & Safety at TikTok and ByteDance since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Marguerite held the position of Assistant Vice President for Group Customer Service at Singapore Post Ltd and worked in various capacities at TDCX and Changi Airport Group, including managing customer service and ground operations. Marguerite also has a background in brand and strategic marketing from Tiger Airways Ltd, where a successful rebranding initiative was executed across Asia Pacific countries. Marguerite began the career as a Customer Affairs Manager at Singapore Airlines and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
