Nicole Nagura

Nicole Nagura is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as an APAC Talent Acquisition Partner at ByteDance since July 2025 and as a Cofounder at ByteHub since October 2024. Prior to these roles, Nicole worked as a Senior Consultant at Talisman Corporation, specializing in Finance IT recruitment for mid to executive level positions, and held a Consultant position focused on similar recruitment efforts. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Summer Internship at General Dynamics NASSCO, where responsibilities included job description management and data analysis, and positions as a Project Coordinator and Recruitment Intern at MAX Consulting Group, Inc. Nicole began an academic journey at Cornell University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations, complemented by international study at Universitat Rovira i Virgili.
