Stephen M. Sansom

Stephen M. Sansom serves as the General Counsel at BZI since March 2023, bringing extensive legal experience in commercial litigation. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Partner at Holland & Hart LLP from March 2011 to March 2023, assisting clients across the Mountain West with various business-related disputes. Stephen M.'s background includes significant achievements as an Associate at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, where Stephen successfully settled a $350 million trademark infringement case, and as Assistant General Counsel at Basic Research LLC, where Stephen managed company litigation. Stephen holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
