Alexis Bridgeforth

Alexis Bridgeforth, MBA, currently serves as the Sr Manager of People Operations at C.A. Fortune, starting in August 2022, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional HR operations, managing payroll, benefits, and compliance, while collaborating with Finance and Talent Enablement teams. Prior to this, Alexis held roles as Benefits Analyst and Compensation and Benefits Representative at Equity Residential from October 2019 to August 2022 and worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness from June 2018 to August 2019. Alexis earned a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from DeVry University.
