Jim West

Jim West has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jim started their career at Bristol Myers Squibb as a Mechanical Operations Manager and worked there for 13 years. Jim then joined Givaudan as the Americas Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, where they served for almost a decade. After that, they held various leadership roles at Cadbury Adams, Conagra Brands, and Shearer's Snacks, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain management. In 2018, they joined Cardinal Health, where they served as President of the Costa Rica Board of Directors, SVP of Global Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and Executive Board Member of Especialalidades Medicas KenMex. In 2023, they became the Chief Operating Officer at B. Braun Medical Inc. (US) and later that same year, they became the President at CAPS® (Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc.).

Jim West received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
