Karen Rosati is an experienced pharmacist with a diverse work history. Karen began their career in 2002 as a Health Unit Coordinator at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center. In 2005, they transitioned to CVS Pharmacy, where they worked as an Intern Pharmacist until 2008. Karen then joined Medco Health Solutions as a Customer Service Pharmacist, where they worked until 2011. From 2008 to 2010, they also worked as a Staff/Managing Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy. In 2013, they joined Spring Valley Hospital as a Pharmacist, a role they held until 2016. Currently, they serve as the Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations at CAPS® (Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc.), a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Pharmacy at CAPS® from 2013 to 2021. Their experience spans various healthcare settings, including hospitals, retail pharmacies, and centralized pharmacy services.

Karen Rosati obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Roseman University of Health Sciences, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they studied Biochemistry at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2002 to 2005. Karen has also obtained various certifications related to their field, including being licensed as a Pharmacist by the Washington Department of Health, Colorado Board of Pharmacy, Arizona Board of Pharmacy, and Nevada Board of Pharmacy. In addition, they hold the certification of Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist (BCSCP) from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties, earned in 2020.
