Maria Germanou

Maria Germanou has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at C.A.Papaellinas Group since October 2009. Prior to this role, Maria Germanou was a Police Officer with the Cyprus Police from February 2004 to April 2009. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Cyprus, obtained between September 2011 and June 2013, a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the Cyprus International Institute of Management, completed from September 2007 to June 2009, and a Bachelor's degree in History & Politics with a focus on Turkish Studies from the University of Cyprus, earned from September 1999 to June 2003.
