Mark Flores

Mark Flores has a diverse work experience. Mark started working with ABP Technology as a Purchasing Manager in June 2010 and remained in that role until October 2015. In this position, they handled all purchasing functions including vendor relations and inventory management.

Following that, they worked at Saddleback Leather Co. from October 2015 to August 2019 as an Inventory Accounting Manager. In this role, they were responsible for both inventory and accounting duties, including reporting on cash flows and overseeing AP and AR functions. Mark also played a key role in a software system change project, assisting in the design of accounting and inventory requirements for the new software.

In 2019, Mark joined Pony Oil as a Controller. Mark worked there from September 2019 to May 2020. Mark'sresponsibilities included full cycle accounting with a focus on the general ledger, journal entries, financial reports, and overseeing accounts payable and treasury functions. Mark also handled W2's, 1099's, and sales tax obligations.

In 2020, Mark had two additional roles: they became the Owner of Lone Star Bookkeeping, LLC in March 2020, and later assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at C and L Inspection in May 2020. However, the end dates for these roles are not provided.

Mark Flores attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Plano Senior High School from 2000 to 2002 and obtained a Diploma in General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Mark Flores has obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they became a Gusto Partner. Mark also obtained the ExpensifyApproved! Partner certification in July 2020, the TSheetsPRO Elite & Tech Certified certification in May 2020, the Xero Advisor Certification in April 2020, and the QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified ProAdvisor certification in March 2020. The institutions providing these certifications include Gusto, Expensify, TSheets, Xero, and Quickbooks Software.
