Kenneth A. Lynch

Kenneth A. Lynch CPA has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kenneth A. began their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Manager in Assurance and Advisory Business Services from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Front Porch Digital, Inc from 2001 to 2002. Kenneth A. then joined South Jersey Industries, where they held multiple roles including Director of Internal Audit from 2003 to 2005, AVP Financial Reporting & Risk Management from 2006 to 2012, and SVP Chief Accounting Officer/Chief Risk Officer from 2013 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Consulting Chief Financial Officer at PendoTECH, before assuming their current position as Chief Financial Officer at SiEnergy in 2020.

Kenneth A. Lynch CPA obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Kenneth A. later pursued a Master's Degree in Taxation from Villanova University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1993. In addition to their educational background, Kenneth holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Furthermore, they have a CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University and the Software Engineering Institute.
