Caspar Schoolderman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Caspar currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at C-Capture Ltd. in Leeds, a role they began in October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Engineering at the same company from December 2017 to October 2021. Before joining C-Capture Ltd., Caspar worked as a Senior CO2 Capture Engineer with the company between October 2011 and December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for designing, building, and operating a CO2 capture pre-pilot rig to compare existing and new CO2 capture solvents. Caspar's expertise in the development of non amine CO2 capture solvents from renewable sources contributed to minimizing the parasitic load on power plants.

Caspar Schoolderman began their education journey in 1996 at NHL Hogeschool, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Process Engineering. Caspar'sstudies at NHL Hogeschool lasted until 2000.
In 2006, Caspar Schoolderman joined NCOI to further their education in the field of Business Administration. Caspar enrolled in a Pre-MBA program, which continued until 2007.
