Caspar Schoolderman

Caspar Schoolderman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Caspar currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at C-Capture Ltd. in Leeds, a role they began in October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Engineering at the same company from December 2017 to October 2021. Before joining C-Capture Ltd., Caspar worked as a Senior CO2 Capture Engineer with the company between October 2011 and December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for designing, building, and operating a CO2 capture pre-pilot rig to compare existing and new CO2 capture solvents. Caspar's expertise in the development of non amine CO2 capture solvents from renewable sources contributed to minimizing the parasitic load on power plants.

Additionally, Caspar Schoolderman has held the position of General Manager at Dispersia from August 2010 to September 2011. Caspar also worked at Hexion Specialty Chemicals, where they were a Process Research Team Leader from December 2009 to August 2010 and a Researcher from January 2008 to December 2009.

Caspar's early work experience includes positions at TNO Defence, Security and Safety, where they served as a Research Engineer from an unspecified date in 2000 to January 2008. In this role, they focused on researching and leading projects related to energetic materials and expertise in processing them using continuous double screw extrusion. Caspar also had a student placement at the same company from February 2000 to August 2000, during which they worked on interpreting the flow behavior of highly filled polymers and modeling the shaping process of such materials.

Furthermore, Caspar Schoolderman had a student placement at DSM in Zwolle in 1999, where they worked in the research department on powder coatings. Caspar'sproject involved the development of hyperbranched UV curable powder coatings. Additionally, they had another student placement at SC Johnson Polymer in Heerenveen in 1998. There, they worked in the research department on novel analytical method development, specifically focusing on setting up and optimizing a Pyrolyse GC to analyze polymer composition.

Caspar Schoolderman began their education journey in 1996 at NHL Hogeschool, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Process Engineering. Caspar'sstudies at NHL Hogeschool lasted until 2000.

In 2006, Caspar Schoolderman joined NCOI to further their education in the field of Business Administration. Caspar enrolled in a Pre-MBA program, which continued until 2007.
