Gadi Sela has extensive experience in operations and customer support, currently serving as Director of Operations and Customer Support at C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. since May 2004. In this role, Gadi oversees the Technical Support team, ensuring worldwide service for customers and resellers, manages the integration of customer systems with C-COM products, and coordinates logistics for production. Prior to C-COM, Gadi worked at Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd as Customer Support Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of support engineers and addressing crises affecting customer networks. Gadi’s career began at Card Guard Scientific Survival Ltd. as Customer Support Manager, focusing on network installations and troubleshooting for emergency monitoring systems. Gadi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
