Connie Coon began their work experience in 1998 as a Senior HR Generalist at Banta Healthcare Services, Inc./ M. Banta LLC. Connie then moved on to work as a Senior HR Generalist at Lesaffre from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they joined GKN Sinter Metals as an HR Manager and later became a Senior HR Manager from 2011 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an HR Director at GKN Sinter Metals. Currently, they are working at C.D. Smith Construction, where they started as the Director of Human Resources in 2017 and was promoted to the Vice President of Human Resources in May 2020.
Connie Coon obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from UW-Oshkosh. Connie attended the university from 1995 to 1999.
