Mona Mangloña Jacobs

Serving as CEDA’s latest CPO, Mona Mangloña Jacobs is an experienced leader serving in executive-level, nonprofit roles, as well as in information technology and youth programming capacities. Jacobs is responsible for developing and managing CEDA’s programmatic strategy and execution, ensuring seamless team management, program design/delivery, and quality control/compliance.

As a proud CHamoru woman from Rota, Northern Mariana Islanders, Mona has seen the devastating effects of poverty, as well as the incredible strength of community hope. She has dedicated her work to breaking down barriers to prosperity and bridging opportunity gaps in order to empower the most vulnerable in the communities – empowering them with the access and economic mobility they need to thrive.
