Paul Lalonde

Paul LaLonde has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. As Vice President of People & Culture at CEDA, Paul has focused on enhancing organizational culture and employee engagement. Previously, as Founding Consultant & Thought Coach at HR Logic, LLC, Paul provided strategic insights to improve HR practices. In addition to these roles, Paul has served as an Adjunct Professor at Joliet Junior College, shared expertise as Vice President of Operations & Human Resources at the Voluntary Action Center of Northern Illinois, and worked in various capacities within the City of DeKalb, including a Community Development Intern. Paul holds an Associate’s Degree in History and Political Science from Joliet Junior College and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Northern Illinois University.
