Philip Leung

Philip Leung is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Department Manager at C-FER Technologies since February 2022, Philip previously held the position of Lead Mechanical Engineer at Halliburton from June 2013 to January 2022, where leadership involved overseeing the development and enhancement of mud motors and downhole drilling tools. Philip's career also includes a tenure as Project Engineer at GasTOPS from May 2002 to May 2013. Philip holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University.
