Hugo Rodriguez

Hugo Rodriguez has over 30 years of experience in maintenance and operations, starting as a Maintenance Supervisor at Pace Foods in 1990. Hugo then moved on to become an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor at CEMEX USA in 1998 before taking on the role of Maintenance Manager at CH Guenther & Son in 2001. Most recently, Hugo served as the Operations Maintenance Director, CMRP at C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. starting in 2014.

Hugo Rodriguez attended Texas State Technical College Harlingen from 1979 to 1980, where they pursued a degree in AC & Refrigeration.
