Madhavi Ravella

Madhavi oversees C-HIT’s daily operations and is directly responsible for developing and championing the policies and procedures that have contributed to C-HIT’s growth since inception. A certified Project Management Professional, she provides ongoing feedback on C-HIT’s continuous improvement, development, and growth practices. In the past, Madhavi has led C-HIT’s Human Resources, Recruiting, and Immigration departments, and was pivotal to establishing effective transitioning, recruiting, and surge staffing processes.

Prior to C-HIT, Madhavi worked as a Pharmacist for Salama Pharmaceuticals as well as Keko Pharmaceuticals in Tanzania, Africa, for seven years. In addition, she spent three years as a volunteer in Tanzania engaged in HIV case studies aimed at determining the potency of HIV medications. She returned to India to study Computer Sciences at NIIT and worked as a Technical Analyst with Green Apple Solutions before locating to the United States. Experience in both pharmacy and technology disciplines provides Madhavi with a unique perspective for establishing C-HIT’s operations and staffing priorities.
