Manoj Chaganti

As co-founder and COO of C-HIT, Manoj provides executive leadership and oversight support to the CEO and CAO related to strategic planning, operations, finance, capability building, delivery, and client relations for the company. He also plays a vital role in establishing, guiding, and optimizing C-HIT organic growth.

A passionate and strong believer in aligning corporate capabilities to keep pace with business needs, Manoj establishes the strategic direction for C-HIT by aligning technologies, practice centers, processes, standards, and methodologies. As part of his leadership philosophy, Manoj champions enterprise transformation, collaboration, and innovation, while empowering and encouraging C-HIT teams to focus on managed growth and tangible successes.

Manoj possesses more than 20 years’ experience in organizational leadership, technical architecture, and health IT. He is a subject matter expert in architecting disruptive, enterprise transformation solutions, along with health IT policy and governance. He has directed several relevant initiatives for multiple agencies, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) for Health Information Technology. Manoj also provides thought leadership for various health IT workgroups, including ONC Standards & Interoperability (S&I) framework, Direct Specifications, Health Level 7 (HL7) standards, and Integrating Health Exchange (IHE) specifications.
