Liam Quinn

Liam Quinn has held various roles throughout their work experience. Liam began their career at ReThink Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant from July 2012 to June 2013. Liam then worked at Carcraft as an HR Project Manager from June 2013 to March 2015. After that, they joined Lambert Smith Hampton as an Associate Director - HR Project Manager from March 2015 to January 2017, and later as Head of HR Operations from January 2017 to December 2017. Most recently, Liam worked at C. Hoare & Co. as the Head of People Operations & Transformation since January 2018. In addition to leading various teams, they also acted as the Product Owner for the bank's transformation program, overseeing important initiatives such as office refurbishment and telephony upgrade. Currently, Liam is also serving as a Business Mentor at Workplace Accelerator starting from January 2022.

Liam Quinn attended Lancaster University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics.
