Steve Keay

Steve Keay has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Steve began their career at Barclays, where they held various roles, including Business Analyst (Lead), Head of Finance Analytics, Lead Analyst, Head of Balance Sheet Analytics, Head of Liquidity Risk Management, Quantitative Research Manager, Senior Analyst, Senior Finance Business Partner, Senior Manager in Marketing Value, Analyst in Marketing Value, Analyst in Channel Insight, and Graduate Trainee. In these roles, they were responsible for a range of tasks, such as financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, report development, relationship building, and process improvements. Steve joined C. Hoare & Co. in 2021 as the Head of Finance and Treasury Data & Analytics.

Steve Keay attended the University of Exeter from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Managerial Statistics.
