Andreas Vogel is an accomplished professional in the field of enzyme development, currently serving as Vice President of R&D at c-LEcta GmbH since June 2021, with a prior role as Head of R&D Enzyme Development from February 2006 to July 2021. At c-LEcta, Andreas specializes in the development of enzymes for industrial applications. Earlier career experiences include postdoctoral positions at the Max-Planck-Institute for Coal Research and EMBL outstation Hamburg, with a focus on structural biology, enzymology, and molecular biology. Andreas obtained a Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Chemistry from the University of Münster between 1997 and 2000.
