Gregory Pan

Gregory Pan is a prominent legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property, brand management, and licensing. Currently a Partner at Nolan Heimann LLP since January 2024, Gregory also serves as General Counsel at C-Life Group, Ltd. and Principal at Brand Licensing Law, P.C. and Pan Consulting Associates, LLC. Additionally, Gregory holds the position of Head of Legal and Business Affairs at (RED), a non-profit organization under the ONE Campaign, dedicated to combating AIDS in Africa. Previously, Gregory worked at Marvel Entertainment for over a decade, advancing through roles from Contracts Manager to Principal Counsel, while also co-chairing Disney Lawyers of Color. Gregory earned a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in Government/Political Science from Georgetown University.
