Samantha O'Neill

Samantha O'Neill is an accomplished Enterprise Agile Coach at TSB Bank since February 2024 and concurrently serves as a Cme Colour Profiling Activator at C-me. As the founder of Northern Lights Coaching Ltd since April 2021, Samantha has developed a strong expertise in business agility. Previous roles include Agile Coach at Metro Bank (UK) and Ways of Working Enablement Specialist at Nationwide Building Society, where a focus on optimizing team efficiency through visualisation and continuous learning was paramount.
