Alicia Walsh

Alicia Walsh has a diverse range of work experience. Alicia began their career at Z89 Radio as a Morning Show Co-host and Radio Personality from March 2010 to May 2011. Following that, they worked as a Communications, Public Relations, and Media Intern at EqualityMaine from August 2011 to December 2011. In 2012, they joined Aquarius Property Management, LLC as an Office Operations and Marketing associate, working there from July 2012 to July 2013. Alicia then moved on to the NBA Development League, where they worked as a Maine Red Claws Dancer from August 2011 to June 2014, and later became the Maine Red Claws Dance Team Coach from June 2014 to July 2016. In 2013, Alicia joined cPort Credit Union as an Executive Assistant and worked there until October 2015. Alicia then advanced to the role of Human Resources Coordinator from October 2015 to May 2016. Alicia continued to grow in their career at cPort Credit Union, serving as the Human Resources Manager from June 2016 to December 2017. Finally, they became the Director of Human Resources at cPort Credit Union from December 2017 to April 2019, and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources since May 2019.

Alicia Walsh obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications and Psychology from Syracuse University, spanning from 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a Human Resources Generalist, and in July 2016, they received the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the institution SHRM.
