Katherine Powers

Katherine Powers is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur, serving as the Director of Operations and Closing Manager at American Home Buyer since March 2021. Currently, Katherine also works as a Mortgage Loan Officer at NEXA Mortgage and as a Real Estate Sales Agent at C.R. Realty, both from March 2022. As the CEO and Designated Broker of Up Realty, Inc., which Katherine founded in 2015, a new approach to real estate focused on building lasting relationships and educating clients on wealth-building through real estate investments was established. Katherine's earlier roles include Managing Broker at John L Scott Real Estate and Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams Realty. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science and Government, along with a minor in Sociology, from Central Washington University.
