Heather Cunningham has extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Heather is currently the Head of Customer Service at CR Smith since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at abrdn from November 2016 to July 2022, where they served as the Customer Operations Team Manager. Before joining abrdn, Heather worked at Virgin Media from July 2013 to June 2016, holding two roles: Customer Loyalty Manager from January 2014 to June 2016, and Career Coach from July 2013 to December 2013.
Heather Cunningham attended the University of Dundee from 2001 to 2005, during which they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Design and Applied Arts.
