Daniel Myers

Daniel Myers is an Assistant Project Manager at C-Sharpe Co, LLC since September 2023 and previously held the same title at The Collier Companies from April to August 2023. In these roles, Daniel served as an owner representative for multifamily real estate development, assisting in large-scale construction projects exceeding $65 million. Responsibilities included preparing and reviewing project documentation, tracking key milestones, and administering project close-out activities. Earlier experience includes an internship with the City of Buffalo, New York, where Daniel evaluated developer responses for equitable development and contributed to grant applications and community engagement initiatives. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University at Buffalo.
