Amber Howson has worked in a variety of roles in the business industry since 1998. Amber began their career at Staples (formerly Corporate Express Office Products) as an Account Executive, where they acquired and maintained new office product and furniture accounts in the Los Angeles Metro area. Amber then moved into the role of Business Technologies & Sales Development Manager, where they assisted in securing mid to large-size accounts by establishing Corporate Express’ E-Way internet tool as the internet ordering system of choice.

In 2004, they began working at W.W. Grainger as a Senior Account Manager I, where they implemented and managed strategic local and national customers to establish new accounts, improve sales, and maximize account penetration.

In 2014, Amber joined OrthoFi as the Director of Client Services. In this role, they led a team of 29 client-facing resources to deliver services in Implementation & Training, Customer Support, Strategic Accounts Management, and Practice Accounting. Amber was also responsible for developing the Client Services strategy and approach that supports the overall company objectives.

In 2017, Amber began working as a Project & Change Management Consultant for C-Shift Consulting. Her activities included problem articulation, solution identification, leadership alignment, coaching, stakeholder engagement, project and change management planning and execution, and embedment such as teaming, workshop facilitation and strategy development. From March 2022 to August 2022, they served as Deployment Manager for a global organization design initiative.

Amber Howson holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, with a concentration in Marketing. Amber also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) from Central Arizona College in Dietetic Technology.
