Jason currently works as a Solutions Architect - Team Lead at C Spire, where they are responsible for presales, installation, and post-sales support for various technology projects. Jason has expertise in enterprise networking, security, collaboration, IoT, machine learning, and automation. Jason has experience leading a regional utility company through a software-defined access deployment.

Prior to their current role, Jason worked at TekLinks, where they also served as a Solutions Architect - Team Lead. Jason was responsible for presales, scoping, installation, and post-sales support for complex projects in Cisco enterprise networking, security, and collaboration. Jason consistently exceeded revenue monthly quotas and provided technical escalation and mentoring support for the Cisco team.

Before joining TekLinks, Jason worked as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they were involved in presales, scoping, installation, and post-sales support for projects in Cisco enterprise networking, security, and collaboration. Jason consistently exceeded revenue monthly quotas and had experience with various Cisco enterprise routing families.

Earlier in their career, Jason worked as a Systems Engineer at Pomeroy IT Solutions, where they provided consulting services for Cisco and Windows networking. Jason also worked as a Senior Network Administrator at Covenant Hospice.

Jason Barbee earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of West Florida between 1999 and 2003.
