Sonia Patra is the Founder and Owner of ME-HR, a consultancy dedicated to assisting businesses in people, culture, and process development since March 2018. With extensive experience as an Independent Human Resources Consultant, Sonia advises on HR policies, compliance, and program implementation across various industries, serving multiple clients including Humpy Farms and Setu Net Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, as a Freelance Independent Corporate Trainer since January 2009, Sonia designs and delivers training programs and competency mapping initiatives. Previous roles include serving as an HR Business Partner at Helpshift, where strategic HR insights drove talent acquisition and retention efforts.
