Darlene Smith

Darlene Smith has over two decades of experience in instructional design and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at C2 Technologies since October 2019, Darlene previously held the role of Senior Instructional Systems Designer with the same company, where responsibilities included leading the revision and development of Judge Advocate General courses totaling 133.5 hours of simulations. Prior to that, Darlene worked as an Instructional Systems Designer at CSC from March 2002 to November 2008, focusing on a two-day instructor-led training program for the National Highway Institute. Darlene's career began in the U.S. Air Force, where from July 1989 to April 2001, Darlene managed training and education for 200 command-level inspectors and oversaw training programs impacting 158,000 personnel. Darlene holds a B.S. in Workforce Education and Development with a focus on Adult Education and Instructional Systems Design from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
