Debra Webb

Debra Webb has over 20 years of experience in curriculum development and educational technology, currently serving as an Educational Technologist at C2 Technologies since June 2011. In this role, Debra specializes in applying Instructional System Design principles to develop and update courseware, improve training materials, and ensure compliance with configuration management. Previously, Debra worked at Boeing for 12 years, where as an Instructional Designer, skills included designing computer-based training and instructor-based lessons, collaborating with subject matter experts, and conducting formative evaluations. Early career roles included assisting in the design and development of training lessons. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Missions and Christian Education from Grace University.
