Gabe Marquez

Gabe Marquez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gabe is currently working at C TWO as a Technical Customer Success Manager, a position they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at C TWO starting in September 2022.

Before joining C TWO, Gabe worked at Blue Prism as a Sr. Technical Consultant from May 2021 to September 2022, and as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer from September 2018 to May 2021. Gabe also had a brief stint at Fiserv as a System Engineer in July 2018.

Gabe's earlier professional experience includes working at GE Aviation as an Application Support Engineer from May 2014 to January 2018, and at National Instruments as an Applications System Administrator from September 2010 to May 2014.

Gabe also worked at CSC as a SharePoint Administrator from January 2010 to September 2010, and at Symtx / AAI Corporation as a Systems Administrator from April 2008 to January 2010. Before that, they were employed at NetQoS as a Production Engineer from February 2004 to March 2008, and at Scott & White Healthcare as a Desktop Deployment Technician from April 2003 to November 2003.

Throughout their career, Gabe has gained experience in various areas such as technical customer success, technical consulting, technical support, system engineering, application support, system administration, and production engineering.

Gabe Marquez has a strong educational background in the field of computer systems and networking. Gabe first attended Texas State Technical College from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained two associate degrees. The degrees were in Computer Networking and Systems Administrator, and Network Security Technology.

Later, Gabe enrolled at St. Edward's University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Systems Management. This degree was earned from 2008 to 2010.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Gabe pursued further education at St. Edward's University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management Information Systems (MIS). Gabe attended the program from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Gabe has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include the Blue Prism Certified Installation Engineer (Version 6) and the Blue Prism Certified Technical Architect (Version 6) certifications, which they earned in January 2021 from Blue Prism. Additionally, they hold the Professional Scrum Master™ I certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in July 2017.
