Niclas Våhlin

Head of Engineering at C TWO, formerly RPA Supervisor

Niclas Våhlin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Niclas started their career as a part-time firefighter at Uppsala kommun in 2004 while also working as a software developer and project leader at Exor. At Exor, Niclas collaborated with customers to develop web-based solutions using ASP.Net.

In 2008, Niclas established their own consultant business, Niclas Våhlin HB. Niclas primarily focused on providing temporary workforce solutions, such as truck drivers and supervisors, to different companies. Niclas ran this business until October 2015.

In 2012, Niclas joined GE Healthcare as a software engineer, responsible for the development of chromatography, cell culture, and membrane separation software. Niclas gradually advanced to the role of a software technical lead, where they served as a release train engineer and project manager for multiple scrum teams. Niclas ensured an agile working environment, shaped the team's technical vision, and interacted with various stakeholders.

From January 2019 to April 2020, Niclas also took on the role of section manager at GE Healthcare, leading a team of software engineers. Niclas facilitated individual and team progress, leveraging their software background, domain knowledge, and leadership skills.

In January 2020, GE Healthcare transitioned to Cytiva, where Niclas continued their role as a section manager. Here, they focused on designing and building customized bio-process solutions while prioritizing customer satisfaction and bringing transformative health to patients.

Starting in December 2022, Niclas assumed the role of Head of Engineering at C TWO (formerly RPA Supervisor). This position showcases their expertise and leadership in engineering.
