Brian Wiseman has had a diverse range of roles and experience in the technology and communications industry. Brian started their career as an Applications Consultant at GeoTel Communications in 1994. Brian then went on to work as a Systems Engineer at Cisco Systems from 1999 to 2002. Following that, they joined Aspect Communications as a SE from 2002 to 2004. In 2002, they also became a Sr. Principal in the UCCE Group at eLoyalty, where they worked until 2007. Brian then took on the role of Director in the Contact Center Practice at Spanlink from 2007 onwards. Finally, Brian joined C1 in 2012, starting as a Director in Systems Engineering and then progressing to more senior roles such as Sr. Director for Customer Experience and Director for C1 Capabilities.

Brian Wiseman received their Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University, where they studied from 1990 to 1993.
