Raj Madhuram

Raj Madhuram has over 20 years of professional experience in the software industry. Raj began their career in 1996 as a Research Assistant at the Visual Systems Laboratory of the Institute for Simulation and Training in Orlando, FL, where they worked on the ZCAP project, a suite of software tools to test and evaluate terrain database interoperability. In 1997, they moved to Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation in Orlando, FL, as an Advanced Engineer, where they developed an Integrated Design Environment (IDE) for designing generators. In 2000, they joined Think Business Networks as a Project Manager/Sr Software Engineer and developed new features and custom modules for the Core3 product line. In 2004, they became President of Neogen Software Solutions in Chennai, India, where they developed location aware applications using Spring/Hibernate/Tapestry frameworks. In 2005, they were appointed CTO of Impiger Technologies, where they provided technology directions and oversaw product development in the 120 people company. In 2009, they joined Yahoo! as a Principal Software Engineer and was a founding member of the "Moneyball" team that built Yahoo! Stream Ads. Raj also joined OpsClarity Inc. as a Lead Frontend Engineer, where they led the frontend development and played a significant role towards the company being successfully series A funded. Raj also became an Independent Consultant and developed a VoiceXML based contesting portal for a Chennai client. In 2014, they co-founded C1X Inc. and became its CTO.

Raj Madhuram completed a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore between 1991 and 1995.
