Donbee Lee

Donbee Lee has extensive work experience in the education industry. They started their career in 2013 as a Center Director at C2 Education, where they expanded the presence of the educational center and supervised operations. They then transitioned to the role of Regional Trainer, where they sourced sales opportunities and improved operational efficiencies. After that, they became a Learning and Development Manager, where they navigated company-wide learning and development programs. Currently, they hold the position of Learning Experience Lead at Technolutions. In 2023, they will join C2 Education again as the Director of Learning and Development.

Donbee Lee has a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and International Studies from Boston College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Adobe Captivate 8 from Ledet Training, Human Resource Management from eCornell, and Training Design for Trainers from Emory University.
