Shay Horowitz

Shay Horowitz has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. Shay started their career in 2000 as a Senior DSP Engineer at Comsys Communication and Signal Processing Ltd, which was later acquired by Intel. In 2005, they joined Provigent (acquired by Broadcom) as a System Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for business development and technological activities with Telecom equipment vendors in South East Asia. In 2006, they moved to Comverse Technology, Inc. where they held three roles, the last of which was Account Director for Magyar & Slovak Telekom. In 2012, Shay began their role as Sales Executive at Pontis, where they had P&L and contract management for Telefonica UK. In 2017, they joined CYMOTIVE Technologies as Head Of Marketing, where they were responsible for corporate marketing and growth strategy to new territories and accounts. In 2020, Shay joined Ovo Automotive as Vice President Business Development, where they focused on defining the value proposition and the product market fit to the different verticals. Most recently, in 2021, Shay became Vice President Sales & Business Development at C2A Security, where they are responsible for building C2A sales and sales organization from the ground up, reporting directly to the CEO with 6 direct reports (contract and subcontractors).

Shay Horowitz obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2003 and 2005, and a BSc. Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University between 1997 and 2001. In addition, Shay Horowitz has obtained two certifications from Lynda.com, Influencing Others in May 2016, and Executive Leadership Fundamentals in March 2016.
