Andy Yates

Andy Yates has over two decades of experience in technology and consulting, currently serving as Head of Technology, Corporate Strategy, at Thoughtworks since February 2003. In addition to a variety of roles at Thoughtworks, including Head of Strategy, TechOps, and IT Business Partner, Andy leads the UK & Ireland team for C2C since February 2021. Previous roles include software development positions at TrustTheDJ.com and PowerMarket Inc. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh, a BA in Linguistics with Cognitive Science from UCL, a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, and is currently completing the Global Leadership Development Program at Thoughtworks.
