Gail Moore, a CIPD Associate, has a diverse work experience in the transportation industry. Gail started their career in 1999 with West Anglia Great Northern Railway Ltd, where they held various retail positions. Gail then moved on to become a Station Supervisor, where they managed a team, ensured timely train dispatches, handled service disruptions, and liaised with Network Rail. Gail also served as a Customer Service Supervisor for Stansted Express and managed a team while handling ticket issuance and cashing up. Gail later joined National Express as a Station Manager at Liverpool St Station, where they developed and implemented a new communications center and managed a team of 37 to ensure excellent customer service. Gail then transitioned to the role of a Resource Controller, where they worked with maintenance depots and other controllers to allocate and control rolling stock while ensuring franchise commitments were met. Gail's extensive experience led their to Greater Anglia, where they held various management roles, including Assistant Train Service Manager, Train Service Manager, Assistant Control Manager, and Control Manager. In these positions, they managed operations control staff, monitored rosters and sickness, assessed competence, managed service delivery activities and budgets, and ensured operational performance targets were met. Currently, Gail serves as the Head of Service Delivery at c2c (Trenitalia c2c Ltd), where they continue to oversee service delivery operations.

Gail Moore has a diverse education history that spans over several years. In 1984, they attended Fyzabad Anglican Secondary in Trinidad & Tobago, where they completed their 'O' levels exams through the Caribbean Exam Council. Moving forward to 2011, Gail pursued their CIPD Associate Diploma in Human Resources Practice at Barnfield College, completing the program in 2012. In 2015, they enrolled at West Suffolk College and obtained an Nvq level 3 qualification in Assessors Qualification in 2016. Continuing their education at West Suffolk College, Gail achieved an Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice at Level 4 in 2018. Additionally, Gail obtained an Associate certification from the CIPD in June 2013.
