Clifford Moy M.D., Dlfapa

Clifford Moy, MD, DLFAPA has extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health. Clifford served as the Behavioral Health Medical Director at TMF Health Quality Institute from November 2014. Prior to that, they worked as the Medical Director Behavioral Health at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from October 2011 to November 2014. Dr. Moy also held the position of Associate Medical Director at TMF Health Quality Institute in August 2011 and at Xerox from August 2005 to July 2011. Their career began at Austin State Hospital, where they served as the Clinical Director from May 1995 to July 2005.

Clifford Moy, MD, DLFAPA received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry from Trinity University from 1977 to 1981. Following that, they attended The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) from 1981 to 1985 where they obtained their Medical Doctor (MD) degree. Prior to these higher education experiences, Clifford completed their high school education at Strake Jesuit College Prep.
