Cindy Rock

Cindy Rock is a seasoned senior executive with extensive experience in inside sales and customer operations. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Inside Sales at C2FO since June 2021, Cindy previously held the position of Vice President and National Head of Inside Sales at Thryv from September 2011 to December 2020. Prior to that, Cindy was the Division Vice President at Boston Financial Data Services, overseeing Investor Services Operations for over eighty clients. Cindy's earlier experience includes a tenure at Sprint-Nextel, where roles progressed from Vice President Sales and Service to Sr. Vice President Customer Operations, leading global customer operations and managing a large workforce. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Pittsburg State University.
